A little bit about me, the Admin and Author of this site.

I am an independent IT consultant currently based in Canada who works for corporate clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

I currently specialise in Siebel EAI work and have over 20 years experience in IT in many different technical areas ranging from VMS COBOL to XML Web Services.

This Web Log will reflect my background and will be an eclectic and diverse mixture of news and views covering a range of technical areas including hardware as well as software.

One area that particularly fascinates me at the moment is “small computing” principally PDAs and the Mini-ITX architecture.

At the other end of the scale, I also plan to cover CRM, Oracle and SQL Server news.
